A Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols

A Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols will be held on Sunday, December 17, at 4:00 PM with preservice Christmas music featuring oboe, violin, and organ at 3:40 PM. This beautiful service has become a beloved annual tradition at Central. The Christmas story is retold through a series of scripture readings read by leaders of Central and the community, interspersed with carols sung by the choir and guest singers. The congregation is invited to participate in the singing of familiar carols. An offering will be taken to support Lighthouse Ministries, and a reception in Spears Fellowship Hall follows the service. Plan to attend and bring a friend!
