Our core beliefs are based in the Christian tradition and reflect our United Methodist heritage.
Some of these beliefs include:
God wants disciples of Jesus Christ and there is abundant life available in discipleship. We are to help God make disciples who join other Christians and the Holy Spirit in the transformation of the world.
All Christians are part of the body of Christ and each member is essential to the other, deserving love and care.
All are gifted by the Holy Spirit and are called to use those gifts in the ministries of the church.
The Holy Spirit is active among us, guiding us to fulfill our mission to follow Jesus, love God, and love neighbor. We trust that God will sustain us for the journey ahead.
We are called to excel in all we do and to treat one another with respect and love.
