Service of the Longest Night

Central’s Service of the Longest Night is worship that incorporates Holy Communion, anointing, and candle-lighting. Grief of any kind can be complicated, especially during times of traditional family gatherings. We hope that this Worship Service will provide a time of reflection and comfort, an opportunity for calm and peace in the midst of a hectic and harried season. During this service, we will hear God’s word, pray, sing, light candles, receive Holy Communion, and look for God to heal and give hope. Service of the Longest Night is open to all, so invite friends and family who may benefit from this time of worship. A nursery will be provided.
