Hospice Thanksgiving Dessert 

Once again, we are looking forward to serving meals to McLeod Hospice patients and their families this Thanksgiving.  Due to increased numbers this year, Central will be preparing the turkey and sides, but we are asking all of you that specialize in baking and making sweets to prepare an extra dessert or two when you’re creating your own family’s holiday feast.  The Outreach Ministry Team will be receiving desserts from 9:30–11:00 AM on Tuesday, November 22 in the hallway just outside our kitchen.  (Please enter the church through the hallway door at the small Cheves Street parking lot.)  Please package your dessert items to serve 2-3 persons.  This year we plan on serving 160 people from 70 families.  These families are always extremely grateful for the little extra kindness shown them during the holidays.  If you have any questions or would like to help pack meals, please contact Jim Harris at 843-229-9004 or dangdawg2@gmail.com.
